We will never ask for your password to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or any other platform, by email or anywhere else. If someone claiming to be us asks for it, don't reply, and tell us at security@deepred.app.
Deleting your data
Once DeepRed Connect launches, the quickest way is to disconnect the account in Creator Studio, or to revoke access at connect.deepred.app/my-connections. Until then, email privacy@deepred.app. Every option, including the steps for each platform's own settings, is on our data deletion page.
If you connected through another company's app
Once other companies can build on DeepRed Connect, a company whose app you connected through decides how your data is used in that app. Contact it first; its privacy policy is linked on the Connect screen. You can always revoke its access yourself at connect.deepred.app/my-connections, or write to privacy@deepred.app and we'll pass your request on.
The DeepRed marketplace
DeepRed Connect is separate from the DeepRed marketplace app at deepred.app. For questions about the marketplace, use the contact details on that site.
